Jeff and I joined the 100 Days Challenge on Facebook and made a commitment to get at least 30 minutes of exercise EVERY day for 100 days. While it sounds easy, when it's dark and cold outside sometimes getting motivated is difficult. But today was day 6 and even though I was tired, hungry and possibly cranky after work, we made it. No excuses, 100 days, and that's 3,000 minutes I get to spend with my husband. Quality time, time for us to catch up on each other's day and to just be a couple. So, no matter how dark, how cold, how hungry or how tired I am - just thinking about that time with the love of my life motivates me.
Classes start back next week and I'm excited for a new semester. After all, the BEST is yet to come!
