Kiawah Island Half Marathon

I ran my fourth half marathon of 2009 on Saturday. Jeff and I went down with our friends, Eric and Robin Longino. We had an absolutely fantastic time. The Villa we stayed in was beautiful, the company was great and hilarious, and our runs were all good. Eric had a PR, Jeff had a good run coming off of Spinx, I felt a lot better than I did after Spinx, and Robin finished the race in good spirits, despite some nasty blisters. There will be more later, including some race details, but I just wanted to update that it is done and I'm looking forward to getting better control of my diet and fitness.
