This is a place to put my crazy ramblings about law school, running, and just life in general of a hyperactive, 2L marathoner.

Yogaliscious
Tonight I did 2 sessions of yoga. For me, yoga is like an old friend. You know the kind... you may not talk for months, but when you do, it's as if no time has passed. I've heard that yoga is a runner's best friend and I have to second that sentiment. Not only do I feel relaxed, but I feels as if my tight hamstrings have loosened and my hip flexors stretched out. As long as my membership lasts at the Life Center, I plan to continue with my yoga practice. In the mid-level class, we did handstands, headstands, and Ls from hell. Imagine hands on floor, feet on wall with body in an L shape. Funny thing, in the second session there was a girl who looked so familiar. I finally put it together - she took yoga at the gym where I used to train. Next time, I will have to plan my meals better and eat a snack before going. Finishing up after 7:30, I was very hungry and when I get very hungry, I make terrible food choices.
